Behavioral Intervention
"Tactical strategy for the aggressive, the unstable, and the complex. This is the entry point for high-stakes triage—where safety is the priority and management is the mandate."
THE ARCHITECTURE OF SAFETY
The 3.5 Threshold I operate exclusively within the bounds of documented safety. My intervention is limited to cases below Level 3.5 on the Dunbar Bite Scale. > To be clear: This means I do not take cases involving deep tissue damage, multiple-puncture wounds from a single incident, or a history of predatory mauling. If your dog’s history exceeds this threshold, I will provide a referral to a board-certified veterinary behaviorist. I do not gamble with liability, and I do not set dogs up for failure.
The Muzzle Covenant I do not muzzle dogs out of fear; I muzzle for longevity. In a world that is quick to condemn, a muzzle is the ultimate advocacy tool. It ensures that a mistake doesn't become a death sentence.
For all Category 2 and 3 cases, the mastery of a properly fitted basket muzzle (Baskerville Ultra or hard wire) is a non-negotiable part of the curriculum.
The Rule: You will not "slap a muzzle on" when I arrive. We will build the positive association properly so the dog is comfortable and autonomous.
The Fit: Equipment must be properly sized to allow for panting, drinking, and taking rewards.
The Reality: If you cannot advocate for your dog's safety through proper equipment, we cannot bridge the gap to success.
THE INTERVENTION MANDATE
For cases of aggression, fear-based reactivity, and complex instability.
"Behavior is never a vacuum. It is the result of genetics, environment, and the structural integrity of the handler's leadership. This page is not for the casual owner; it is the entry point for high-stakes triage.
If you are navigating aggression, fear, or a dog that has become a liability to your peace, we begin here. We do not work for 'quick fixes.' We work to install the architectural safety protocols required to manage a complex life. Read every word before you initiate the pact."
CAT 1: Nuisance/Stable
$125/session
The Chaos of the Undisciplined.
Targeted strategy for stable dogs with "nuisance" behaviors that disrupt the household. This is for the jumpers, the counter-surfers, the leash-pullers, and the environmentally over-stimulated.
The Safety Covenant
Muzzle Requirement: Mandatory for all Category 2 and 3 initial evaluations. No exceptions. You will purchase and provide this when we first meet.
The "No-Go" Policy: If the handler cannot or will not follow safety instructions (leads, crating, boundaries), the session ends immediately without a refund.
Documented History: You must provide a full, honest history of all bite incidents or near-misses. Withholding data is a breach of the pact.
CAT 3: Unstable/Temperament
$225/session
The Internal Struggle.
Specialized triage for fear-based reactivity, severe anxiety, and OCD behaviors. We work to install the neurological and environmental "off-switches" required for a manageable life.
CAT 2: Aggressive/Stable
$175/session
The Vocal Threat.
Tactical intervention for dogs displaying vocal or physical posturing, lunging, and guarding. This is high-stakes work for dogs that use intimidation but have no history of puncture wounds.
All engagements are subject to the [Sovereign Covenant]. Review our bio-security and cancellation protocols before booking.
